How to Reset or Change Your Password

If you need to reset or change your password on BidBoxPro, there are two straightforward methods to do so:

Method 1: Resetting Your Password from the Login Page #

  • Navigate to the BidBoxPro login page.
  • Below the password field, click on the “Forgot password?” link.
  • You will be prompted to enter your registered email address.

 

  • After submitting your email, follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.

Method 2: Changing Your Password from the Dashboard #

  • Once you’re logged in, locate your profile icon at the top right corner of the dashboard.

 

  • Click on the icon and select ‘Settings’ from the dropdown menu.

 

  • In the settings menu, click on the ‘Security’ tab on the left sidebar.

 

  • Under the ‘Change your password’ section, you’ll see fields to enter your current and new passwords.

 

  • Fill in the required fields with the appropriate passwords. Remember, your new password must be at least eight (8) characters and include a combination of numbers, letters, and special characters.
  • Click the ‘Change Password’ button to confirm the update.

 

Tips for a Strong Password: #

  • Complexity: Combine letters, numbers, and symbols.
  • Unpredictability: Avoid using easily guessed passwords like “password123”.
  • Uniqueness: Use a different password for every account you have.
