Procore + WarrantyHub Available now

Carry your Procore project into the warranty year.

WarrantyHub brings your Procore project, subcontractors, and CSI scopes into the warranty record. When an owner reports a problem, the request goes to the right trade and your team can follow it through to completion.

For commercial GCs, residential builders, and multifamily teams.

After closeout

The first callback shouldn't send you digging.

A leak gets reported three months after turnover. Your warranty team needs to know what is covered, who did the work, and where the documents are. The Procore connection gives them a place to start.

01

Start with the project you already have

WarrantyHub prefills the warranty record from Procore project data. Bring the closeout package into the workflow so your service team can use the information collected during the build.

02

Give the owner a place to ask for help

Owners and property managers submit issues through a branded portal, add photos, and check the status. Each request stays with the project's warranty record.

03

Send the work to the responsible sub

WarrantyHub uses the CSI scope and subcontractor assignment to route the request. Your team can track the work order, updates, and completion without chasing every handoff by email.

Across your projects

See which problems keep coming back.

One callback tells you what needs fixing today. A pattern of callbacks can tell you something about the subcontractor, material, or assembly you chose.

Service requests stay tied to the subcontractor and CSI scope, so your team can review repeat issues across projects and bring those findings into the next bid.

Before you connect

Is the Procore integration available now?

Yes. The Procore integration is live for commercial general contractors and residential and multifamily builders. Book a demo to see how it fits your projects, or contact WarrantyHub support if you are already a customer.

What information comes across from Procore?

WarrantyHub uses project information, the project directory, subcontractors, and CSI scopes to prefill the warranty record. During onboarding, we confirm the fields and scope assignments for your projects and how the closeout package will be carried into the warranty workflow.

Does WarrantyHub change anything in Procore?

The integration uses read-only access to Procore. WarrantyHub reads the project information it needs; warranty service requests, work orders, and their history are managed in WarrantyHub.

How do we get started?
